Founded in1937, the Cave de Vendémiaire, is today a cooperative of 200 winegrowing members. Our wine-growing estate extends over nearly 910 hectares, divided in two varieties of wine:

The Vendémiaire cooperative came about from the desire of the local wine growers of Fleury d'Aude and Salles d'Aude to market a unique selection of wines.

These nectars come from the best plots of land of the Massif of the Clape, which is protected as a site of special interest and looks out over the Mediterranean. Harvested by expert hands, and stored under strict rules of production, these wines exhale the perfumes of this Mediterranean heath land known as the garrigue. At the Vendemiaire our wine-growers insistence on excellent quality combined with their knowledge incorporating an ancient heritage has given birth to a selection of wines that are expressive and aromatic, evocative of the Mediterranean.
